Each of our organic, single-origin dark chocolate bars have unique taste profiles due to the influence of the soil, the climate,
and the other vegetation grown around the cacao tree throughout its development, much like wine or coffee.

stone-ground for several days, molded into bars and hand wrapped in Fergus Falls, MN.

TERROIR (tare-whar):

..."a sense of place," which is embodied in certain characteristic qualities, the sum of the effects that the local environment has had on the production of the product.
